Russell’s former roles include General Manager, People & Safety at MEGT Ltd, for seven years, and Human Resources Manager at Wesley Mission Victoria, City of Boroondara, City of Casey and Box Hill Hospital over 20 years. Russell’s greatest strengths are in human resource management and risk management and is currently on the Ability Works Audit & Risk Management committee.
