Ability Works Australia Ltd is a registered not-for-profit social enterprise and reports it’s financial information to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commision (ACNC) which is the national regulator of charities.
As an NDIS service provider Ability Works also has reporting responsibilities to the Federal Government and is audited for compliance against the National Standards for Disability Services.
Ability Works is led by a Chief Executive Officer with an Executive Leadership Team of four across functional areas of expertise. The Chief Executive Officer reports to a voluntary board of directors currently led by Chairman Russell Jones.
James is Chairman of the Board at Ability Works. Having recently retired, James brings commercial acumen to the AWA board including sales and marketing.
