Mick Varga

Mick Varga is a strategy and technology expert with over 20 years’ experience supporting growth and innovation in the not-for-profit and member association sectors. As Managing Director of 3 Degrees North, he has worked with more than 75 organisations, including the Australian Dental Association and Bush Heritage Australia.

Living with Inclusion Body Myositis and a wheelchair user, Mick brings valuable lived experience to the Ability Works Board. He is a passionate advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, with a strong interest in how technology can drive positive social change.
