Highly experienced in leading end-to-end business development activities – from prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, tender submission, and contract negotiation – Ralph uniquely translates, blends and leverages his corporate knowledge, astute commercial mindset and in-depth social enterprise insight and experience to achieve exceptional results.
As Strategic Partnerships Manager with Ability Works Australia, an award-winning non-profit organisation providing purpose through employment via their Customised Employment; Inclusion Consulting & Training; and Social Enterprise units, Ralph is responsible for leading the identification, acquisition and growth of further long term partnerships that generate sustainable revenue and meaningful work opportunities.
Skilled in deep-dive analysis, he is highly adept at identifying client needs, articulating targeted value propositions, and ensuring expectations are met with excellence, and is widely recognised for his ability to see the bigger picture and to make informed decisions that benefit all parties.
