I’ve been part of the Ability Works team for over three years, starting in Supported Employment before moving into Customised Employment. I now work as an Engagement Specialist, supporting both NDIS and Inclusive Employment Australia clients. Seeing individuals achieve successful, sustainable employment through our customised employment model is the most rewarding part of my role.
