With over 15 years of experience in the disability sector, I have developed a strong understanding of person-centred support across day services, supported employment, residential services, and SIL management. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to live the life they choose, promoting independence, inclusion, and dignity in every interaction. I value open communication, collaboration, and creating supportive environments where both participants and staff can thrive. My door is always open for a chat, to listen, and to find meaningful ways to make a positive impact.
