The Coronavirus ( COVID – 19) pandemic continues to cause upheaval around the globe.
Whilst Australia’s current position of ‘flattening the curve’ through broad reaching Government restrictions is proving successful, we remain at risk which requires us to continue to act with caution.
Ability Works acted quickly to ensure the health and safety of all team members. On 26th March all team members were asked to take a break from the physical workplace aside from key staff considered essential to paired back operations and those who were able to work from home.
We would like to thank all stakeholders for their support and understanding of our decisions at this difficult time. We have continued to trade, reducing our service offerings in line with our resource availability and capacity to deliver our usual high standard of output. We have been working hard to maintain relationships for the long term but we apologise for the inconvenience some of our customers have endured.
Our team are working hard to increase direct and indirect communications across all stakeholders groups to ensure information flow and engagement to those at home and through our customer, supplier and community stakeholders.
We also continue to receive enquiries about future work, prospect new opportunities for growth and planning for our future by ensuring our training is up to date, our facility is social distancing compliant and job ready so we can respond nimbly when restrictions are lifted.
